Agreeing to UKA Rules and Code of Conduct
The member is aware of and agrees to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and has agreed to sign up to the Senior Athletes Code of Conduct.
Data Protection
The club will use details you provide to contact you about your membership and other club matters, but will not pass your details on to any third parties, except for:
- England Athletics – in order to register you
- Chippenham Sports Club – in order to register you as a member of the Harriers section and so that you can receive your CSC membership card that gives you a discount at the bar.
When you become a member or renew your membership with Chippenham Harriers, you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data to set up your myAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings).
