Thursday Night Training

If you can comfortably run 5 miles or more at a moderate pace, then you are probably ready to join our Thursday sessions. Each Thursday there is a choice of a ‘pack run’ led by a leader which includes loop backs to ensure the group stays together, and an unled run where you are free to run independently. Distance ranges from 5 to 7 miles and members often stay for a drink in the bar post-run.

May – September.
There are 3 options: Short 5+miles, Medium 6.5 miles or Long 7.1 miles.
Meet at the Sports Club at 7pm.
