Thursday Night Training

If you can comfortably run 5 miles or more at a moderate pace, then you are probably ready to join our Thursday sessions. 7pm Each Thursday there is a choice of routes announced in the “Shout” which starts off the social run. Distance ranges from 5 to 7 miles and members often stay for a drink in the bar post-run. During the lighter evenings we’ll rotate the summer routes and when the evenings close in we stick to the well lit pavements of the winter route.

There are options to cut short 5+miles, 6.5 miles or in total 7.1 miles.
