Monday18:30 – 19:30 Chippenham Sports Dome Physical Preparation Coached circuit-based training aimed at building core strength and stability. Essential for maintaining good posture, developing balance and coordination skills, and preventing injury. Exercises can be tailored depending on ability. £1 for members and £2 for non-members to cover the costs of Dome hire.

Tuesday18:45 – 19.45 Several Start Locations around Chippenham Effort SessionLed by qualified endurance coach Michelle Maxwell, with support from other qualified leaders. Often taking the form of track, fartlek or hills, these sessions are aimed at building speed and endurance for specific training goals.
Wednesday18:45 – 20:00 Chippenham Sports Dome Chippenham Harriers Youth Youth sessions are run by volunteers for young athletes aged 8 to 16 years. Our aim is to promote a healthy lifestyle through enthusiasm for running. There is currently a waiting list to join Chippenham Harriers Youth. Click here for more information.
Thursday19.00 – 20.00+ Chippenham Sports Club Social Club Run 

If you can comfortably run 5 miles or more at a moderate pace, then you are probably ready to join our Thursday sessions. Distance ranges from 5 to 7 miles and members often stay for a drink in the bar post-run. New attendees are encouraged to start by attending the first Thursday of each month.
Friday18:30 – 19.30 Chippenham Sports Club Pack RunRuns from 4 miles+ and are lead by a qualified leader, who will provide support and guidance. Faster runners ‘loop back’ at predefined points to ensure the group stays together. Designed for those who can run 5k and would like to increase their distance. Your first attendance is a free taster session; after that you will need to become a member.
