Today some of our Leaders and Coaches attended a England Athletics Run Leaders Development Day.

We had an interesting talk from the Barcelona Paralympic Marathon Gold Medalist Mark Farnell.

Interestingly he spoke about how he wished he had taken physical prep more seriously and how introducing it into his programme help take him from a 4 hour marathon runner to sub 2:40 marathoner runner and Paralympic Gold.

We can promise these results, but it will benefit your running.

So after three events Chippenham Harriers A have opened up a lead in the Wiltshire Off-Road League with a maximum 60 points.

Chippenham Harriers B are only a point off second spot!
