This is a fun event (on public roads so it is not a race!)
It is suitable for all standards of runners and the choice to take it seriously or not it is up to you but should help focus winter training and give you some running fun.
The route: winter route 5 miles but backwards.
Typically run on a Thursday evening on nominated days (monthly) throughout the winter training programme. Look out on Facebook for dates.
We meet around 7pm on the nominated Thursday at the lower car park (of the Sports and Social Club), where the timekeepers will set everyone off.
Be very careful of traffic and remember to give way in all the right places.
