Membership

Membership of £30.00 for 2010 season is due on 6th January 2010, renewable on January 2011.

A subscription of £2.00 is also payable for each attended session. Note that for new members membership payment is not due until the third attended session thereby enabling a participant to try before committing.

Download a registration form. Please bring the completed form with you on the first night together with your first £2.00 subs payment. (Note for insurance purposes all participants must be registered from the outset regardless of whether or not they decide to become members)

Please note that as part of the registration process athletes will be issued with a small ID capsule which we ask is filled in with emergency contact details and secured firmly to their high visibility vests.

In the event of Over Subscription the following arrangements apply:

  • The Youth home page will indicate if the club is currently full.
  • Names of potential new members are recorded on the Waiting List with dates. When a place becomes available, the person at the top of the list is invited to join.
  • New members benefit from a three week trial period.After which they must either join and pay the annual subscription, or indicate that they do not wish to continue. However if a new member does not join and is absent for two weeks without explanation following the trial period, it will be deemed that a place at the Club is not wanted. This place will then be offered to the next on the Waiting List.
