Friday Night Training

The run is a ‘pack run’ and is led by one person who will provide support and guidance.
The Friday night session starts at 18:30 each week at Chippenham Sports Club. The Friday pack runs are designed for those individuals who can already run 5k and would like a bit of support to increase their running distance. The maximum distance this group will look to run is 10k.

The run is a ‘pack run’ and is lead by one person who will provide support and guidance. Faster runners ‘loop back’ at predefined points to ensure the group stays together throughout the session. Members who take part in this session report back that they really enjoy the format.

Your first attendance is a free taster session. If you decide to continue taking part in club sessions, you will need to become a member of Chippenham Harriers.
