Nadege Coignard
Back in her teens in France her main focus in Athletics was anything up to 5k (200m, 400m, 5k cross country and triple jump) with St Barthèlemy d'Anjou. After many years away from an active role in any form of athletics she got back into running in May 2006 by joining Chippenham Harriers with the aim to complete a half marathon under 2 hours. Having achieved her goal in her first race she then competed in a range of events. Her current focus is on a full marathon.
She qualified as a level 2 coach (endurance) in April 2008. She got into coaching to share her enthusiasm about running to the Chippenham Youth. She coaches youth athletes of all abilities during Wednesday sessions and helps run the Tuesday speed sessions. She is also the Club's Health and Safety officer and a First Aider.

Charlotte Watkins
Charlotte first started running in 2000 when a friend challenged her to complete the Bristol Half Marathon. After successfully completing it she got the running bug and has not stopped since! She has since completed over 15 other half marathons and two full marathons. She has recently taken up triathlon and enjoys complementing her running with swimming and cycling.
Charlotte enjoys encouraging and supporting others to enjoy running regardless of their ability. She hopes to inspire others to take up running through organising the beginners group and enjoys motivating and inspiring members of the junior and senior groups through her coaching sessions. Charlotte says "like any hobby, running has highs and lows. On the high days you really appreciate that it is worth making that extra effort to work through the hard training sessions!"
Charlotte is always happy to offer help and support whatever your ability. She is also a first aider.

Over the years he has completed many runs over a variety of distances, but mainly half marathons. Recent retirement has now provided an opportunity to realise an ambition to become a coach and give something back to the sport that has been so important in his life.
